Coconut Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 420 ml can full fat coconut milk* (organic when possible)
  • 2 capsules vegan-friendly probiotic
  • ADD-INS optional
  • Maple syrup, stevia, or agave nectar for sweetening
  • Vanilla extract or vanilla bean powder
  • Fruit

Directions

  1. Empty the coconut milk in a glass jar.
  2. Open the probiotic capsules and stir in the vegan probiotic powder into the coconut milk.
  3. Put in a warm place to set (usually 24 hours)
  4. Put in fridge after it has set.
  5. Blend in some mixed berries if you prefer a berry yoghurt.
