Seed—Power Bread
Healthy Seed Bread
Made without flour and yest. Absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cups oats
- 1⁄3 cup oat bran
- 3⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄3 cup flaxseed ground
- 1⁄4 cup flaxseed whole
- 1⁄2 hazelnuts (or walnuts) chopped (omit if allergic to nuts)
- 3 Tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 Tablespoons psyllium husk
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons date syrup (or agave) optional
- 1 1⁄2 cup warm water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl. Pour the warm water in and mix it all together with your hands. Leave to soak for at least 2 hours. Preferably overnight. Line a bread baking tray with baking paper, pour the mixture into the baking tray and bake for 30 min on 180 C. Take out of the oven, turn the bread on the other side and bake for another 40 min. on 200 C.
- Once it is baked, let it cool thoroughly and slice when needed. It’s crispy outside and soft inside. Delicious.
